Learn exactly what the program is all about. Find out what the Warranty covers and be familiar with the Return and Refund Policy. Read our enclosed Brochure and brief your self on what to expect when you discover your new CD-ROM Vacation Planner for BC. WestCoast Treasures cdrom WARRANTY / POLICIES are included with all shipments. Read: The CD we offer is a single user license CD and the condition for using our CD is solely that of private use. Warranty: If you find your CD-ROM malfunctioning, please detail your problem to us. If we can not supply you with an answer within 5 business days, we'll proceed with return / refund steps. Do pay special attention to what our program will not do; E.g. will not install on Mac computers. READ ALL DOCUMENTATION ON ALL PRODUCT YOU PURCHASE We have developed what we believe is a fair return policy; as stated on our web site, please note that by purchasing goods from WestCoast Treasures cdrom™, you have agreed to the following: Please Note: WestCoast Treasures cdrom™ will only accept returns that are received in their original packaging, in re-sellable (undamaged) condition. All accessories must be in re-sellable condition. If we receive a product that does not meet these conditions, we will, at our discretion, either send the unit back to you or charge a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges for non-defective returns are not refundable. WestCoast Treasures cdrom™ is not responsible for returned items that are lost, damaged or delayed in the mail. Therefore, we recommend that you properly insure your package and ship it via a traceable method. DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO RETURN A CD-ROM VACATION PLANNER PACKAGE: Please e-mail us Co-Assistance and in your e-mail please provide us with the following information. Your full name and full billing and shipping address Your telephone number (day and evening). Please indicate if this was a gift or if you are the original purchaser. Sales Order Number or invoice number Product and quantity that you wish to exchange or return Short description of why you are returning the product and its condition Within 48 hours from the time of receipt of your e-mail, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives and given a Product Return Authorization number (PRA#) as well as further instructions on your return including shipping responsibility. Refund: READ ALL DOCUMENTATION ON ALL PRODUCT YOU PURCHASE FIRSTLY: Take the time to read the information on our web site prior to opening / Ordering your software. This program is not defective, we are not responsible for refunding you. Please note that non-defective CD's and other materials cannot be returned for refund. All products for which you are requesting a credit, must be returned to us in unused, undamaged and with all accessories. Once your return has been received and processed, we will inform you by E-Mail, credit your account, or ship you a new copy of your software. If you paid by credit card, we will credit your account through our Secure Server. Expect your credit within two business days. Please allow two weeks for us to process your refund, and additional time for your refund check to arrive. THIS APPLIES TO SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUESTS ONLY If your order arrives damaged or you suspect it has been lost in transit, here's what to do: Notify us ( Contact us ) of the problem. To speed up our investigation, please let us know the date of your order, the address it was shipped to. For damaged orders, we also need to know which items were damaged. We will trace delayed and missing packages with the shipper and let you know the results. If the package is still in transit, we will get an estimate of when it will arrive. If the package is confirmed lost or arrived damaged, we will begin processing your refund or replacement immediately. All returns are subject to a 15% handling fee. You'll need to cover the cost of shipping, which includes an insured and traceable method of delivery. Use a shipping company that can track packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. We do not accept any C.O.D's. Please send returned items with Sales Order Number / Copy or your Invoice clearly visible on package. WestCoast Treasures cdrom™ reserves the right to refuse any items that are returned to us without suitable reasons or without the original accessories or proper packaging.
